I have had the good fortune of living in some of the World's most exotic locations. Growing up in Italy, 40 miles from Venice travelling worldwide as a flight attendant for Alitalia, spending over 15 years between Buenos Aires, Argentina and Punta del Este, Uruguay and residing in Miami's Bal Harbor, I have the opportunity to enjoy the best of 3 Continents.

Eager to escape the over population and ongoing threat of hurricanes in South Florida, my husband and I decided to look for a road less travelled. As we drove up the coast we were captured by the natural beauty and serenity of Florida's First Coast.

Nestled midway between Jacksonville and Daytona Beach and only 2 hours from Orlando, St. Augustine is the oldest city in the USA, yet, a virtually unknown treasure. While retaining its old world charm, it has recently given birth to new and exiting communities anchored by WORLD GOLF VILLAGE home of the WORLD HALL of FAME.

It didn't take long for us to move our family of four generations ages 18-94, to this new and wonderful area. With its highly rated schools and easy access to golf courses, beaches, shopping malls, and the famous Mayo Clinic, this area is the right place to build or buy your dream home!

During the few years we have been here, we have fallen in love with North East Florida and I am thrilled to have this opportunity to share it with you....
